Get ready for Saturday DETENTION as John Kim Faye (accompanied by Joey “Mr. Joe” DiTullio on guitar and Andrea “Principal” Weber on cello.. and a ruler if you get outta line!) creates a unique experience of storytelling set to music based on his rock ’n’ roll memoir he Yin and the Yang of it All!
Each story in this show will transport you back to the classrooms (and life lessons) of our youth.. or John’s youth anyway.
We encourage you to come dressed like you did back in your school daze. There will be an official photographer to take your “yearbook photo.” You can also bring a vintage pic for our class bulletin board. There will be special prizes and most all, you’ll enjoy an immersive, one of kind performance.
